1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ContentFlow ("the Service"), available at https://contentflow.cool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ContentFlow is a SaaS platform that enables users to repurpose content across multiple formats and platforms using AI-powered tools. The Service includes content generation, transformation, scheduling, and publishing features powered by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and social media APIs (Twitter/X).
3. Account Registration and Security
- You must create an account using Google OAuth or Kakao OAuth to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the Service.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Plans and Billing
- ContentFlow offers free and paid subscription plans. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.
- Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe.
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees at the beginning of each billing cycle.
4.2 Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
- Refund requests for annual plans may be considered within 14 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. User Content and Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or input into the Service ("User Content").
- You grant ContentFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
- AI-generated content created through the Service is owned by you, subject to applicable laws and the terms of the underlying AI providers.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Generate, distribute, or publish content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Generate spam, unsolicited advertising, or misleading content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond the provided APIs.
- Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.
- Use the Service to generate content that impersonates any person or entity.
- Intentionally overload or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
7. Third-Party Services and APIs
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google, Kakao, Twitter/X, Stripe, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use or publication.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ContentFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ContentFlow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
