ContentFlow is an AI-powered content repurposing tool designed for creators, marketers, and businesses. Simply paste one blog post, article, or any long-form text, and ContentFlow automatically generates optimized content for up to 7 social media platforms — including Twitter(X), Instagram, LinkedIn, Naver Blog, Kakao Channel, Naver Cafe, Facebook,. Signing up is quick and easy — no forms to fill out! 1. Click the "Login" button in the top right corner of the page 2. Choose your preferred sign-in method: Google or GitHub 3. Authorize ContentFlow on the selected platform 4. Done! Your account is automatically created on first login Your profile information (name and email) is pulled from your Google or GitHub account, so you don't need to enter anything manually. You'll be logged in instantly on future visits as long as your session is active. Tip: If you want to use ContentFlow across multiple devices, just sign in with the same account on each device — all your data, history, and connected social accounts will sync automatically.
Yes, absolutely! ContentFlow offers a generous Free plan that never expires and requires no credit card. Free plan includes: • 1 content generation per day — paste any text and get optimized posts for 2 platforms • 1 AI image generation per day — create a custom visual for your content • Twitter + Instagram — the two most popular platforms for social sharing • 7-day history — access your previously generated content for up to a week • 1 file upload (max 5MB) — upload documents or images as source material The Free plan is perfect for trying out ContentFlow and seeing how AI-powered repurposing can boost your social media presence. When you're ready for more platforms, higher daily limits, and advanced features like Content Score, A/B Testing, and Auto Publish, you can upgrade to Pro ($9.99/mo) or Pro+ ($19.99/mo) anytime.
Connecting Social Accounts
Connecting your social accounts allows you to publish content directly from ContentFlow with one click. Here's how: 1. Go to Tool → Connections page (or click the "Connect your accounts" banner on the main page) 2. You'll see a list of available platforms with "Connect" buttons 3. Click "Connect" next to the platform you want to link 4. You'll be redirected to that platform's authorization page 5. Log in (if needed) and approve ContentFlow's access 6. You'll be redirected back to ContentFlow — the platform will now show as "Connected" Once connected, a "Publish" button will appear next to your generated content for that platform. You can also use the Auto Publish feature (Pro and Pro+ plans) to schedule posts automatically. Note: ContentFlow only requests the minimum permissions needed to post on your behalf. We never read your DMs, followers list, or other private data.
ContentFlow supports a wide range of social media platforms to maximize your content's reach: Currently available for connection & direct publishing: • Twitter(X) — tweets, threads, and quote tweets • Naver Blog — full blog posts with formatting preserved • LinkedIn — professional posts and articles • Kakao Channel — messages optimized for Korean audiences • Naver Cafe — community posts with proper formatting Coming soon (content generation available, direct publishing in development): • Instagram — captions with hashtag optimization • Facebook — page posts and stories • — conversational short-form posts • — subreddit-appropriate posts Even for platforms not yet available for direct connection, ContentFlow still generates optimized content that you can copy and paste manually. The number of platforms you can use depends on your plan: Free (2), Pro (5), Pro+ (all 9).
To disconnect a social account from ContentFlow: 1. Go to Tool → Connections page 2. Find the platform you want to disconnect 3. Click the "Disconnect" button next to it 4. Confirm the disconnection when prompted The connection will be removed immediately. After disconnecting: • You won't be able to publish directly to that platform from ContentFlow • Your previously published content on that platform will NOT be affected or deleted • You can reconnect the same account anytime by clicking "Connect" again For extra security, you can also revoke ContentFlow's access directly from the platform's settings: • Twitter: Settings → Security → Apps and sessions → Connected apps • LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Other applications • Naver: My Account → Security Settings → Connected Services

The Free plan is designed to let you experience ContentFlow's core capabilities without any cost: • 1 content generation per day — paste your text and get AI-optimized posts • 1 AI image per day — generate a custom visual to accompany your content • Twitter + Instagram (2 platforms) — the two most widely-used social platforms • 7-day history — review and reuse your generated content for up to a week • 1 file upload (max 5MB) — upload a document or image as source material • Basic content editing — modify generated content before copying or publishing The Free plan never expires and no credit card is needed to sign up. It's a great way to see how ContentFlow can streamline your social media workflow. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. Want to do more? Payment
Upgrading to a paid plan is quick and secure: 1. Go to the Pricing page (click "Pricing" in the navigation menu) 2. Find the plan you want and click "Choose Pro Plan" or "Choose Pro+ Plan" 3. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page (SSL encrypted) 4. Enter your payment details (card number, expiration, CVC) 5. Click "Subscribe" to confirm Your subscription starts immediately after payment — all paid features are unlocked right away. You'll receive a confirmation email from Stripe with your receipt. Billing is monthly and automatic. Your card will be charged on the same date each month. You can view your billing history and download invoices anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from the Pricing page). Note: ContentFlow never sees or stores your full card details. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.
ContentFlow accepts a variety of payment methods through our payment partner, Stripe: Credit & Debit Cards: • Visa • Mastercard • American Express • Discover • JCB (available in supported regions) Digital Wallets (in supported regions): • Apple Pay — for Safari and Apple devices • Google Pay — for Chrome and Android devices • Link by Stripe — for faster checkout All transactions are processed in USD. If your card is in a different currency, your bank will automatically convert the amount at their current exchange rate. A small foreign transaction fee may apply depending on your bank's policy. Note: We currently do not support PayPal, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency. If you need an alternative payment method, please contact us and we'll try to accommodate.
You can update your payment method anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal: 1. Go to the Pricing page 2. Scroll down and click "Manage subscription" (you must be logged in) 3. The Stripe Customer Portal will open in a new tab 4. Click "Update payment method" or the pencil icon next to your current card 5. Enter your new card details and save Your new payment method will be used for all future charges. The change takes effect immediately — your next billing cycle will charge the updated card. If your current card was declined or expired, updating your payment method will also retry any failed payments. You won't lose your subscription features if you update within a few days of a failed charge. Tip: You can also update your billing address and download past invoices from the same portal.
Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or hidden fees: 1. Go to the Pricing page 2. Click "Manage subscription" at the bottom of the page 3. The Stripe Customer Portal will open 4. Click "Cancel plan" or "Cancel subscription" 5. You may be asked to provide a reason (optional) — your feedback helps us improve 6. Confirm the cancellation Important things to know after canceling: • Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period • You will NOT be charged again after cancellation • Your account is NOT deleted — it simply reverts to the Free plan • Your content history will be retained according to the Free plan's 7-day limit • Connected social accounts remain linked but Auto Publish will be disabled If you change your mind, you can resubscribe anytime from the Pricing page. Your previous settings and connected accounts will still be there. Tip: If you're canceling due to a specific issue, consider reaching out to us first — we may be able to help resolve it.
While we don't offer automatic refunds, we want every customer to be satisfied with their experience: • Within 7 days of payment: If you're unsatisfied with the service for any reason, contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution, which may include a full or partial refund. • After 7 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We consider factors like usage, the nature of the issue, and whether we can resolve the problem. • Technical issues: If you experienced a service outage or technical problem that prevented you from using ContentFlow during your billing period, please contact us — we'll credit your account or provide a refund for the affected period. To request a refund, please reach out through our contact channels with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 1-2 business days. Remember: You can always cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period, so you won't lose any days you've already paid for.
Yes, absolutely! Here's exactly what happens after you cancel: During remaining billing period (until expiration date): • All your paid features continue to work normally • You can still generate content, create AI images, and publish to connected accounts • Your daily limits and platform access remain at the paid plan level After your billing period ends: • Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan • Daily limits change to: 1 generation/day, 1 AI image/day • Platform access reduces to Twitter + Instagram only • Content history older than 7 days becomes inaccessible (but is not permanently deleted for 30 days) • Connected social accounts stay linked, but Auto Publish and Scheduled Posts are disabled • Templates and Brand Voice settings are saved — they'll be restored if you resubscribe Your account, login credentials, and connected accounts are never deleted due to cancellation. If you decide to come back later, simply choose a plan from the Pricing page and your settings will be restored instantly.
Content Creation
Creating content with ContentFlow is simple and takes just a few steps: 1. Go to the Tool page (click "Tool" in the navigation or "Start Creating" on the homepage) 2. Paste your original text into the input field — this can be a blog post, article, newsletter, press release, product description, or any long-form text 3. Select your target platforms — choose which social networks you want to generate content for 4. Choose a tone — pick from Professional, Casual, Witty, or Storytelling to match your brand voice 5. (Optional) Enable AI image generation to create a visual alongside your text 6. Click "Generate" and wait a few seconds ContentFlow's AI will analyze your original text and create platform-specific versions that: • Respect each platform's character limits (e.g., 280 chars for Twitter) • Include appropriate hashtags and formatting • Adapt the tone and structure for each platform's audience • Preserve your key message and call-to-action After generation, you can: • Edit any output before publishing • Copy content to clipboard with one click • Publish directly to connected accounts • Save as a template for future use (Pro and Pro+ plans) • Run A/B tests to compare different versions (Pro and Pro+ plans)
ContentFlow's AI image generation creates custom visuals that complement your content, helping your posts stand out in crowded social feeds. How it works: 1. When creating content, toggle on the "AI Image" option 2. The AI reads your original text and identifies key themes, subjects, and mood 3. It generates a unique, high-quality image tailored to your content 4. The image appears alongside your generated text, ready to download or publish Image specifications: • Resolution: optimized for social media (1080×1080 or 1200×630 depending on platform) • Format: PNG with high quality • Style: clean, modern visuals that work across platforms Daily limits by plan: • Free: 1 image per day • Pro: 10 images per day • Pro+: 50 images per day Tips for best results: • Provide detailed, descriptive source text — the more context the AI has, the better the image • The AI works best with content that has clear themes or subjects • Generated images are unique to your content — they won't appear anywhere else • You can regenerate an image if the first result doesn't match your vision (counts toward daily limit)
Your content generation history is stored securely and the retention period depends on your plan: • Free: 7 days — your generated content is accessible for one week after creation • Pro: 30 days — a full month of content history for tracking and reuse • Pro+: Unlimited — your entire content library is saved permanently What's included in history: • All generated text content for each platform • AI-generated images associated with each generation • The original source text you provided • Date, time, and platform selections for each generation • Content Scores and A/B test results (Pro and Pro+ plans) When history expires: • Content is automatically removed from your dashboard after the retention period • Expired content cannot be recovered — if you need it, make sure to copy or download before it expires • Content that was already published to your social accounts is NOT affected Tip: If you're on the Free plan and want to keep important content, copy it to a document or note-taking app before the 7-day window closes. For longer retention without upgrading, you can also use the clipboard copy feature to save your favorite outputs. If you downgrade from a paid plan, history older than 7 days will become inaccessible (but is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe).
